Problem: Luxury brands are facing the dilemma of not being able to reach the Millennial and Gen Z audience. As the years pass by, high-end brands are starting to lose their loyal customer base due to age. Gucci is hailed as the most in tune brand with the younger audience, but they need to acknowledge how the younger audience actually uses their products. 
 
Solution: Create a campaign to highlight popular Gucci products amongst the younger audience. A "Finsta" for Gucci (called Guccy)  was made to target the younger generation on social media. Posting fun and engaging content will create a trust to the brand.

​One of the current trends amongst Millennials and Gen Z is to buy high end accessories to style their every day outfits. By starting off purchasing accessories, it will create brand loyalty, where further down the road they can make larger more frequent purchases. In effort to keep up with Gen-Z trends, Gucci will also include a re-usable bag with a purchase of any Gucci item.
