Brooke has been my go to person whenever I have new ideas for photos.  This time I envisioned this shoot taken on a cloudy day in the lot cleared of trees.  Later we ventured downtown where it was first only windy, but then started to rain on us.  Luckily we got a few shots and peaced out quickly.

A windy day full of smiles and thorns sticking me in the legs.  We went to the state park and were fortunate enough to have 72 degree weather.  

I was given my first dslr camera 4 years ago today.  Fast forward 4 years, I never imagined buying a full frame camera for myself.  The motivation it took was losing an ebay bid, due to my school's slow wifi. That is also the reasoning of how I purchased my first L lens.  I hope who ever is reading this spends their holidays with great people and receives the presents they had hoped for.
