This is my most successful image because I believe I captured the aesthetic look that runs throughout Eggleston's work. I took the photo on the left and on the right is Eggleston's work. The most challenging aspect of this assignment was finding objects and scenic places to take photos of. What I will do to create stronger images is to try to find more interesting locations and subjects.
I commented on Madisons blog "As a photographer I feel like you have executed the concept of levitation well. You use symmetry and bulls eye composition. The black and white also works nicely with the picture. Keep up the good work!"

I honestly like your photo more than the professionals because having the water turned on makes it a lot more interesting. It also still reflects the professional photographer's style.

I love this photograph, I think the way you captured the water makes the image strong and gives it a lot of character. It makes me feel the movement of the water and as a subject you captured it successfully. I also agree in that this captures that aesthetic quality of the photographer you were emulating .

This is great! I like how you decided you catch the water running and placed the vertical line right in the center. The composition is nice too. It looks like you might have positioned the soap holder in the upper left corner and the blue horizontal tiles to apply the rule of thirds. It would be interesting to see it completely symmetrical so that the corners where in the same spot on both sides like Eggleston's photo. I think this is a good example of capturing the style of another photographer while making it your own.
